Privacy Notice

Sparsh Jaykishan Patel, trading as Kairos Advisory, operates AgentReady (a Kairos Advisory product) and is the data controller for the personal data described here. Support email sent to support@agentready.app is delivered to the Kairos Advisory mailbox sparsh@kairosadvisory.in. This notice explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and the rights you have.

Data we collect and why

• Account data (name, email, login credentials or Google sign-in identifier) — to create and secure your account. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
• Website data you submit (URLs, site names, descriptions) and the files we generate — to provide the analysis and generation service. Legal basis: contract.
• Usage and activity data (actions such as sites added, analyses run, timestamps) — to operate the product, show your activity log, and improve the service. Legal basis: contract and our legitimate interest in improving the product.
• Technical data (IP address, device and browser information, error logs) — for security, fraud prevention and debugging. Legal basis: legitimate interests and legal obligation.
• Support messages — to answer your questions. Legal basis: contract and legitimate interests.

We only send marketing email if you have asked for it, and you can unsubscribe at any time (legal basis: consent).

Who we share data with

• Service providers and subprocessors — cloud hosting and database providers, AI model providers used to generate your files, and support tooling. They act on our instructions.
• Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of subscriptions, payment processing, subscription management, invoicing and tax compliance.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where necessary.
• Authorities where required by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

International transfers

Some of our providers process data outside your country, including outside the UK and EEA. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention

We keep account, site and generated-file data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account we delete this data promptly, apart from records we must keep for legal, tax or accounting purposes, and technical logs which are deleted or anonymised within 12 months.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to withdraw consent. You can exercise most of these directly from Settings in the app, or by contacting us. We respond within one month. If you are in the UK or EEA you also have the right to complain to your supervisory authority.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, hashed credentials, row-level access control so only you can read your own sites and files, and least-privilege access for our systems.

Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember interface preferences. We do not use advertising cookies. Checkout pages set cookies required by Paddle to process your payment. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, though sign-in will not work without the essential ones.
