Refund Policy

Sparsh Jaykishan Patel offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If AgentReady isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no explanation needed.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with your order email or invoice ID, or email us at support@agentready.app and we will raise it with Paddle for you. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel a Pro subscription at any time from Billing in your dashboard. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, after which your account returns to the Free plan. Your previously generated files remain downloadable.

Renewals

If a renewal charge was unexpected or unwanted, email support@agentready.app within 30 days of the charge and we will refund it and cancel the subscription.
