Terms & Conditions

These terms are an agreement between you and Sparsh Jaykishan Patel (trading as AgentReady) ("we", "us"), the provider of the AgentReady service. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you use AgentReady on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it; if you use it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your country.

Who you are contracting with

• Seller: Sparsh Jaykishan Patel, a sole proprietor established in India, trading as Kairos Advisory.
• Product: AgentReady is a product of Kairos Advisory. All AgentReady intellectual property, branding and software are owned and operated by Kairos Advisory.
• Contact and support: support@agentready.app, which is routed to the Kairos Advisory support mailbox sparsh@kairosadvisory.in — we aim to reply within two business days.
• Merchant of Record: Paddle.com, which handles all orders, billing enquiries and returns.

The service

AgentReady analyses websites you submit and generates machine-readable files (such as llms.txt, agents.md, agent.json and structured-data suggestions) that help AI agents discover and understand those sites. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the plan you select. Output is generated with the help of AI models and may be inaccurate or incomplete — review every file before publishing it, and do not rely on it as professional advice.

Your responsibilities and acceptable use

• Only submit websites you own or are authorised to analyse.
• Keep your account credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• Do not use the service unlawfully, for fraud or spam, to infringe intellectual property, to generate deceptive or harmful content, or to interfere with our security (malware, probing, bulk scraping, circumventing plan limits or rate limits).
• Do not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service.

You grant us a limited licence to host and process the URLs, descriptions and generated content you submit solely so we can provide the service. We may remove content or restrict output that breaches these terms.

Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the service, including its software, documentation and branding. You retain rights in your own website content, and you own the generated files we deliver to you, subject to your having the rights to the inputs you submit. If a rights-holder believes generated content infringes their rights, they can contact us and we will investigate, remove content where appropriate, and may suspend accounts for repeated infringement.

Service level

We work to keep AgentReady available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, renewal, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms together with our refund policy. Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled; you can cancel at any time from the billing portal in your dashboard.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You can close your account at any time from settings. When access ends you may export your generated files beforehand; afterwards we delete or anonymise your data as described in our privacy notice.

Liability

Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not permit it. You indemnify us against claims arising from your submitted content, unlawful use, or breach of these terms.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of India, where Sparsh Jaykishan Patel is established, and disputes are subject to the courts of India. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. If we change these terms materially we will notify you in the app or by email at support@agentready.app.
