Frequently asked questions
- What counts against my analysis allowance?
- Each full run — crawl, score, regenerate files — counts as one analysis. Free includes 3 trial analyses in total, Pro includes 30 per month, resetting monthly (UTC). Editing, downloading and verifying files never consumes an analysis, and Pro scheduled re-crawls are separate from your manual runs.
- How many sites can I keep?
- Free keeps 1 site; Pro keeps up to 5. If you hit the cap, remove a site or upgrade — existing files stay editable and downloadable either way.
- What happens when I hit a limit?
- You'll see a plain message telling you which limit you reached and when it resets. Nothing is deleted and no partial charge occurs.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes — Pro has a 30-day money-back guarantee, no explanation needed. Requests go through our Merchant of Record, Paddle, at paddle.net, or email us and we'll raise it for you. See the refund policy.
- How do I cancel?
- Cancel from Billing in your dashboard or through your Paddle receipt. Billing stops immediately, Pro features run to the end of the paid period, then your account drops to Free limits with your data intact.
- The generated files look thin — why?
- AgentReady only writes what it can evidence from your live pages, so sparse or JavaScript-only sites produce shorter files rather than invented claims. Add crawlable content or structured data and re-run the analysis. Our scoring methodology explains every check.
- Some AI crawlers are blocked on my site — is that us?
- No. That's your own robots.txt. The methodology page lists every AI bot we audit and gives you a copy-paste snippet to allow them.
